iCompressIt provides a free, browser-based image compression and conversion tool. All processing is client-side — no image data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

You agree not to use iCompressIt to process or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service.

4. Intellectual Property

The iCompressIt website and code are owned by iCompressIt and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any images you process — we claim no rights over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICOMPRESSIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
